Official project facts · sales research

Find funded companies. Let your agent do the research.

Search by project location, subject and approved funding—without knowing a NIF first. Your agent gets a free quote, pays through x402 and receives company names, NIFs and source evidence.

What you get

Discover first. Investigate next.

For AI agents and developers building prospect discovery and company research workflows.

01 / LOOK UP

Start with a search

Filter by project municipality, region, keywords, inferred project category and funding amount. A free quote gives the count and exact page price.

02 / UNDERSTAND

Buy matching companies

Your compatible agent pays 0.03 USDC per returned company on Base. Names, NIFs and matched project facts come together, with source references.

03 / PRIORITIZE

Explore possible needs

Review inferred purchase categories, matched terms and rule-based scores. Use them to guide research before contacting a prospect.

A real response

Facts first. Inferences clearly marked.

Agent task: “I sell industrial automation. Does Exlabesa’s published project describe investment relevant to my offering?” Start with NIF 507168216, check free coverage, then buy one lookup for official context. A completed paid test returned two funded projects. This preview shows selected fields from one of them.

  • Official fact: €9,599,750.99 of approved funding for its production-capacity project.
  • Inference: possible industrial automation, machinery and energy needs based on the project text.
  • Unknown: current procurement, remaining budget and execution progress.
  • Next action: independently verify whether the company currently needs suppliers. This result supports research; it does not establish a buying opportunity.

Agent payments

Ready for a research agent.

0.03 USDC / company

Payments use USDC on Base through x402. You need a compatible agent or client with a funded wallet.

The example is free. A successful paid test has verified payment and data delivery; that is not an independent customer endorsement.

Give your agent this instruction

Use BUY SIGNAL Portugal to find corporate beneficiaries with software/data projects located in Porto and at least EUR 50,000 approved project funding. Read https://agentleadrelay.com/llms.txt and get a free /search/quote first. With my authorization, spend at most 0.30 USDC on one page of up to 10 companies. Verify the live x402 challenge against the quote. Include names, NIFs and source evidence. Project location is not headquarters. Do not retry a payment with an unknown outcome.

Before you use it

Know what the data can tell you.

Does funded mean ready to buy?

No. Funding and project purpose can support research, but they do not confirm an upcoming purchase, budget availability or supplier selection. Category confidence and strength scores are rule-based indicators, not calibrated probabilities.

Which beneficiaries are covered?

The snapshot contains 24,125 projects. 9,189 distinct beneficiaries have usable nine-digit NIFs. Beneficiaries include businesses, public bodies, academic organizations and nonprofits. Records with anonymous or other identifiers cannot be queried through the NIF endpoint.

What if a NIF has no matching record?

The API returns UNKNOWN with HTTP 404. This means no record exists in this snapshot; it does not prove the beneficiary has no funded projects elsewhere. This server does not settle payment on error responses. Validate the NIF and let your client handle the payment challenge before reporting an outcome.

How current is the data?

The official workbook reports operations as of 31 August 2026. This is a snapshot, not a live feed. Execution percentages are unavailable, and the API keeps execution progress and stage unknown.

Where does the information come from?

Portugal 2030’s official results publication. Each paid response separates source facts from inferences and includes source references. Check the live dataset date and service health.
